Bagatelle Mall of Mauritius will boast easy access, easy parking, easy shopping and lots of fun and entertainment. Such is the promise of Gilbert Espitalier-Noël, CEO of ENL Property, the property development arm of ENL Group which is undertaking this massive project in partnership with South Africa based Atterbury Group.
In this first issue of Bagatelle News, Gilbert Espitalier-Noël indicates that the project reached major milestones when Government gave its green light with regard to land use and to the construction of a bridge across the M1 Mortorway. This bridge opens direct access to Bagatelle both to southbound and northbound traffic.
The Bagatelle Mall of Mauritius is also on target as far as occupancy of the commercial area is concerned. Lease agreements for most of the 130 shops available on ground floor have already been finalised. Locally well established brands will be present as well as new brands from overseas, enabling Bagatelle to offer a unique shopping experience on the island.
"Bagatelle is progressing at a highly encouraging pace. Works started on site in November last year. Bagatelle's shopping and entertainment centre will open on schedule, end of September next year" Gilbert Espitalier-Noël confidently says. The subsequent phases of this development, comprising a Motorcity as well as residential and office facilities, will reach implementation phase later this year. BagatelleNews
