Hector Espitalier-Noël is a seasoned entrepreneur who led the ENL Group for nearly three decades. As chairman and board member of several leading companies and trade organisations, Hector has accumulated in-depth knowledge and significant experience in key sectors of the Mauritian economy, including agro-industry, real estate, hospitality, and financial services.
Hector served as the Chief Executive Officer of ENL Limited from 1990 until his retirement in 2023. Additionally, he holds the positions of Chairman at New Mauritius Hotels Ltd and Bel Ombre Sugar Estate Ltd.
He has previously chaired prominent organisations such as Rogers and Company Limited, the Mauritius Chamber of Agriculture, the Mauritius Sugar Producers’ Association, and the Mauritius Sugar Syndicate.
Prior to joining ENL, Hector gained experience at Coopers and Lybrand in London and at De Chazal du Mée in Mauritius.
