Olivier Brousse de la Borde, born in 1976, was appointed as Non-Executive Director on September 29, 2023.
Olivier brings along key competencies in human resource management, leadership development and team coaching. He currently has his own coaching practice specialising in authentic leadership. He previously served as Chief Transformation Officer at the Medine group and as Senior Consultant at Thomas More Partners, working with key players in Europe and Africa. His professional journey began as a Distribution Manager at a Parisian Management Company.
Olivier is convinced that people are at the heart of the successful transformation of organisations. As a member of the Corporate Governance Committee, he actively contributes his wealth of knowledge and experience to the leadership and governance of ENL, advocating for the responsible and engaged role of individuals in driving meaningful and sustainable change.
