Today is World creativity and Innovation day and as we enter another week of confinement, we see how ENL as a group has risen to the many challenges being faced by the current crisis with creativity and innovation.
In these dark times it is important to celebrate the small wins and see the silver lining. Our creativity and innovation could be the difference that ensures we come out of this stronger than ever.
As the old proverb goes “necessity is the mother of innovation” and the evidence of this could not be truer in how ENL has reacted during this crisis. We praise and recognise the creativity, ingenuity and innovative thinking of all employees in these challenging times.
From the swift adoption of remote working tools such as Microsoft teams, Zoom and Skype keeping us connected and able to continue with operations. The Creation of e-commerce capabilities from ENL Agri, the innovative response of Plastinax to the health risks of key workers with their new offering of PPE equipment, to the many ideas being generated by the ENL future fit ideation programme.
Congratulations to everyone for their resilience and contributions and if you have any creative or innovative ideas please submit them through the “Future Fit Ideation platform” or email innovate@enl.mu
Together with innovation we can survive, thrive and create sustainable value!
