Further to a meeting held on Thursday 14 November, the Boards of Directors of ENL Limited and Rogers and Company Limited have decided to evaluate the merits of restructuring and amalgamating the holdings of both groups. As a reminder, ENL holds a 60% majority stake in Rogers.
In this context, the services of Ernst & Young for the transactional matters, ENSafrica(Mauritius) for the legal aspects, and PricewaterhouseCoopers Ltd as external valuer, have been retained.
