The plant nursery of AGREX Limited namely SYMFOLIA is looking for a dynamic and motivated Administrative Officer to join its team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and attend to client queries.
- Handle cash and card payments, issue receipts.
- Ensure accurate scanning of goods and resolve customer complaints.
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer messages in a courteous manner.
- Assist and direct customers within the plant nursery.
- Provide information about products, prices, and promotions.
- Balance the cash register daily and generate sales reports.
- Prepare inventory reports and purchase orders.
- Prepare product labels and price tags.
- Assist in any ad-hoc projects and support colleagues in their absence.
- Verify and reconcile inventory with sales.
- Prepare and present ad-hoc reports on sales, discounts, and gift cards.
- Maintain payroll data and process daily payroll entries.
- Any other duties of an administrative nature.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Higher School Certificate with a diploma in Business Administration.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Customer focused.
- Dynamic, motivated with excellent administration skills and a high level of integrity.
- Able to effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills in French and English (written and oral).
- Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively both independently and in a team.
