Administrative Officer (SYMFOLIA)

The plant nursery of AGREX Limited namely SYMFOLIA is looking for a dynamic and motivated Administrative Officer to join its team.

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and attend to client queries.
• Handle cash and card payments, issue receipts.
• Ensure accurate scanning of goods and resolve customer complaints.
• Answer phone calls and respond to customer messages in a courteous manner.
• Assist and direct customers within the plant nursery.
• Provide information about products, prices, and promotions.
• Balance the cash register daily and generate sales reports.
• Prepare inventory reports and purchase orders.
• Prepare product labels and price tags.
• Assist in any ad-hoc projects and support colleagues in their absence.
• Verify and reconcile inventory with sales.
• Prepare and present ad-hoc reports on sales, discounts, and gift cards.
• Maintain payroll data and process daily payroll entries.
• Any other duties of an administrative nature.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Higher School Certificate with a diploma in Business Administration.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Customer focused.
• Dynamic, motivated with excellent administration skills and a high level of integrity.
• Able to effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills in French and English (written and oral).
• Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work effectively both independently and in a team.

Salary: Negotiable based on experience & qualifications.
