Responsable clientèle copropriété - Sygeco

Your Future Role and Responsibilities:

 

Reporting to the Property Management Department, you will oversee the complete management of a portfolio of copropriétés and associations, handling administrative, legal, accounting, financial, and technical matters from the initial mandate to its execution. As the key contact for the Management Council, you will ensure the stability and longevity of the management contracts under your care and maintain an operational presence on the ground.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

1. Client Relationship and Commercial Management:

  • Lead general meetings, Management Council meetings, and provide advice and recommendations to property owners.
  • Establish a close relationship with owners and Council members, offering your expertise during property visits, assessing the condition of the estate, and managing requests from owners and decisions made during general meetings.
  • Promote the Foncia management contract and propose additional services to clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.

 

2. Technical Management:

  • Develop and propose long-term maintenance plans to the copropriétés and associations.
  • Ensure the enforcement of the property regulations and contract terms, and implement decisions made during ordinary or extraordinary general meetings: manage and oversee works, maintenance contracts, quotes, insurance, claims, etc.

 

3. Administrative, Legal, and Financial Management:

  • Build the operational budget for the properties, ensure its effective management, and analyze expenses to propose optimizations.
  • Meet with service providers to evaluate and optimize their performance, and renegotiate contracts.
  • Oversee and follow up on legal proceedings and litigation cases.
  • Maintain the customer relationship management tool.
  • Organize the recruitment of building employees.

About You:

 

You have completed higher education (Bachelor's degree, etc.) and have a minimum of 3 years of experience in property management, facilities management, or operational management. Relevant roles may include building manager, property administrator, real estate consultant, or maintenance supervisor.

 

  • You possess excellent interpersonal skills and are known for your customer service orientation, organizational abilities, and responsiveness.
  • You are fluent in both French and English, both written and spoken.
  • You are curious, autonomous, and meticulous.
  • Teamwork is essential to you, and you thrive in a collaborative environment.
