AGREX Limited is hiring an experienced & dynamic Operations Executive with a solid background in sales to join it`s team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the company`s sales & marketing strategy by leading the sales team.
- Pursue the development strategy of the company while ensuring an exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and expand our client base.
- Oversee the creation of marketing contents, presentations, and other sales collateral to support the team.
- Conduct client site visits, provide recommendations and address any inquiries.
- Drive marketing initiatives, plan product launches and engage in customer events to promote our brand.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt our strategies.
- Build strong client relationships, track KPIs and ensure all customer queries are addressed promptly.
- Source high-quality agro-supplies locally and internationally while ensuring compliance with all prevailing legislations.
- Oversee import processes, including documentation, shipping and customs clearance.
- Plan and organize delivery schedules to ensure efficient order fulfilment.
- Maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure reliability and quality in supply.
- Monitor stock levels, coordinate inventory replenishment and maintain accurate records of the warehouse.
- Oversee the sales and delivery team’s performance, conduct regular reviews and provide coaching & feedback.
- Ensure warehouses have up-to-date licenses and compliance certifications.
- Manage company vehicles, including procurement, repairs and license renewals.
- Ensure proper reporting to the General Manager.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Agriculture or related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing position.
- A strong understanding of agro-supplies product will constitute an advantage.
- Ability to build & maintain long-term relationships with clients & other stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Strong leadership, communication and team management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and think strategically.
- Holder of a valid driving license.
Remuneration:
