Agrex Limited is looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Sales Officer to join its team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the growth strategy of the company by creating and developing long-term relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their needs and ensuring a positive experience.
- Assist clients with product queries including features, benefits and usage.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our offerings.
- Engage with clients to understand their requirements and offer tailored solutions.
- Act as a liaison between clients and technical support for product-related issues, providing after-sales support and guidance.
- Process client orders accurately ensuring all details are accurately captured and communicated.
- Coordinate with delivery team to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
- Maintain up-to-date records of orders, client interactions and sales activities.
- Monitor stock levels, preparing regular reports on sales performance and customer feedback.
- Stay informed on product knowledge and industry developments to enhance client communication.
- Liaise with local authorities for coordinating specimen test and collection of results.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Diploma in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, ideally in agro-supply products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Valid driving license required.
