OPERATIONS MANAGER – PARTS

Overview

The Operations Manager – Parts is responsible for the strategic and operational management of the Parts Department, ensuring efficiency in Parts Sales, Procurement, and Warehousing. The role focuses on business development, innovation, market expansion, and digital transformation, driving long-term growth through E-Commerce, warehouse expansion, and OEM & Accessories strategies.

 

Your role:

  • Identify growth opportunities, define external sales & OEM strategies, and optimise pricing.
  • Expand warehouse capacity, enhance stock forecasting, and automate inventory tracking.
  • Develop online parts sales, AI-based stock management, and process automation.
  • Ensure availability of critical parts, reduce repair lead times, and improve service efficiency.
  • Implement KPIs, drive cost efficiency, and lead process improvement initiatives.
  • Manage and mentor Parts Sales, Procurement, and Warehousing teams.

 

Your profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Automotive Engineering, or any acceptable qualification by the Management.
  • 10+ years’ experience, with 5+ years in senior parts or operations management.
  • Proven track record in business development, strategic planning, and supplier negotiations.
  • Experience in logistics, warehouse expansion, and supply chain optimization.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, Power BI, and inventory management software.
  • Hands-on experience in E-Commerce & digital transformation projects is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and French.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • A proactive attitude and an excellent team spirit.
