ENL Property Limited is actively looking for a confident individual to provide comprehensive support to the Finance department of the Company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accounting and clerical support.
- Follow up with bank signatories.
- Ensure timely processing of accounting entries.
- Preparation of Purchase Requisition and Purchase Orders.
- Prepare Accounts Receivable invoices and send monthly Statement of Accounts.
- Monitoring and follow up of Ageing Debtors.
- Perform weekly bank reconciliation.
- Update ERP on a weekly basis.
- Adhoc admin / accounting duties as may be required
Qualification, Skills and Experiences:
- HSC with good results in accounting.
- Starting ACCA courses or BSc (Hons) Accounting (Minor: Finance)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Good knowledge of accounting double entries.
- Attention to detail.
- Well organised, proactive and can do attitude.
- Good team player.
- Ethical work attitude.
