ESP Landscapers Ltd is currently looking for a dynamic and motivated Payroll & Administrative Officer to join its team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- The Payroll & Administrative officer will work closely with the Accountant to ensure proper processing of employees payroll.
- Dealing with payroll queries from employees.
- Responsible for all new employee documents verification and preparation of contract of employment.
- Follow-up of signature of contract of employment and creation on payroll systems.
- Creating and maintaining a filing system for all employee fillings and payroll records.
- Drafting employment contract and payroll document to ensure compliance with the payroll process.
- Assist Management in the preparation of yearly & ad hoc project budgets.
- Assist management in day-to-day administrative tasks.
- The successful candidate will also be expected to provide accounting support and assist in any ad-hoc projects assigned from time to time.
Profile & Experience:
- Diploma in management or Finance / ACCA Level 1
- Be proficient in MS Office applications.
- Experience in Sicorax Payroll will be an advantage.
- Attention to details & quality focused oriented.
- Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work under pressure.
Salary Range – Negotiable upon qualification & experience.
